PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
R&H's aluminum die casting fans are available in our high efficiency, low noise airfoil, sickle and true reversible blade profiles. All three profiles gives you a high efficiency, aluminum fan that also reduces sound levels in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) guidelines for an effective hearing conservation program. Our precision die-casting allows us to twist the blade along the length, creating a more uniform airflow across the blade surface. Our blades' thin leading and trailing edges reduce turbulence across the blade profile, creating our signature high-efficiency, low-noise aluminum die casting fans.
CRITERIA USED IN THE DESIGN OF DIE ALUMINUM DIE CASTING FAN BLADES
Blade Pitch Angle:
The blade pitch angle is a critical factor in the overall performance of the propeller.
In general, the greater the pitch angle, the slower the fan can turn. Some propellers or fan blades are made with adjustable blade pitch angles either set at the factory or adjustable while operating (in-flight adjustable).

Q2:Where is your factory?
Our factory located on Cangzhou which is a beautiful city which is very near Beijing and Tianjin city. You can fly to Shanghai Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) or Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN), we will pick you up at the airport.
Q3:How to order?
First, Customer could send us your sample or drawing, such as 2D and 3D drawing (IGS or STP format)
Second, Our engineers will check the drawing carefully and then provide you a better price.
Third, If you accept, then order confirmed.
Q4: How does the payment process work ?
