Our 3D welding platform undergoes precision machining in CNC machining centers, ensuring high precision and superior surface quality. To meet the machining needs of different specifications of workpieces, we offer two different hole systems: D28 and D16. Additionally, we have designed two-dimensional flexible combination tooling and three-dimensional flexible combination tooling based on structural characteristics, making them more flexible and suitable for various machining scenarios.
In terms of material selection, we provide three options: steel block platform, cast iron platform, and plate platform to meet customers' different needs and budgets. Whether you require a wear-resistant and durable steel block platform, a cast iron platform with high precision requirements, or a more cost-effective plate platform, we can customize production according to your requirements.
To facilitate customer use and machining positioning, we engrave clear grid lines on the platform surface and draw millimeter scales on the two right sides of the platform as per customer requirements. These design details are intended to help customers perform machining operations more conveniently and accurately, thereby improving work efficiency and product quality.
