Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A:Mold lead time:Within 30days upon we receive the 50% of mold charges. Batch production lead time: With 15days upon we receive the 30% deposit.
Q3: How to get a quotation?
Please send us drawings in IGS, DWG, STEP file etc. Detailed PDF together will be great. If you have any requirements, please remark.
And if you don't have drawing, please send us the sample and we will make the drawing for you.
Q4: How about the packing details?
A: For mold and samples is 100% T/T advance, Order: 50% deposit, 50% to be paid before shipment.
Q5:How can I get some samples?
If you need, we are glad to offer you samples for free, but the new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, and the charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
